At Always Your Friend, everything started with a simple but profound thought: our pets love us unconditionally. How could we offer them the same selfless care and love in return?
While searching for a pet shampoo that was safe, healthy, and truly beneficial for our beloved animals, we realized something: there wasn’t a single product that met our high standards. That’s when the idea to create something unique, with care and love for our pets, was born.
With the support of a team of experts who share the same passion, we created our own line of shampoos and dog grooming products. We focused not only on using natural ingredients but also on sourcing high-quality and advanced raw materials, ensuring natural and beneficial results.
Our grooming products feature only the best natural ingredients, such as organic extra virgin olive oil, organic aloe vera, and essential oils. All of our formulations are free from harmful substances, including gluten, GMOs, SLS, parabens, artificial colors, and other chemicals.
Why? Because for us, every pet deserves uncompromising care.

That’s how we created the Pet Hospitality Program—a unique initiative that collaborates with Pet-Friendly hotels to provide better services and facilities for you and your four-legged companions.
