Application

Shake well before use. Moisten the coat with lukewarm water. Dilute the shampoo up to 32 to 1. Massage thoroughly with the diluted shampoo and rinse. Repeat the treatment and then dry well. For optimum results, leave on for up to 10 minutes to allow the organic aloe vera and organic oils do their work. Rinse thoroughly and repeat as necessary. After the wash, dry well with a hairdryer. 

Dilution

The brilliant White shampoo is highly concentrated and can be diluted up to a 32 to 1 ratio. Use 1 part of shampoo and 32 parts of lukewarm water. This 1000ml bottle is equivalent to 32 Litres when diluted. A 1000ml bottle will give you at least 100 washes for a small dog and up to 33 washes for a big dog.

Tip: Each pump corresponds to 5ml of shampoo.

Key Ingredients

Organic Aloe Vera
Aloe vera contains proteolytic enzymes that repair dead skin cells on the skin. It also acts as a great conditioner and leaves the coat smooth and shiny. It promotes hair growth, prevents itching on the skin, reduces dandruff and conditions the hair. Aloe Vera is rich in minerals, vitamins, and enzymes. It is anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, counteracts redness, helps heal wounds and calms irritated skin.

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Naturally, olive oil has many anti-ageing antioxidants and hydrating squalene, making it superb for hair and skin. Olive oil has a moisturizing effect that nourishes the skin and provides a long-lasting shield of moisture to keep the skin smooth and supple. It also helps prevent dandruff and hair loss. Also, olive oil helps strengthen individual hair strands to avoid hair splits.

Organic Evening Primrose Oil
Evening Primrose oil has an amazing scent and it is a powerful ingredient for common skin woes like acne, wrinkles, and eczema. It is packed with Omega-6 fatty acids, crucial for healthy skin and nails. Evening primrose oil is an abundant source of fatty acids such as gamma-linolenic acid and antioxidants. Gamma-linolenic acid helps boost skin and hair regeneration, promoting hair regrowth. Nourishes the skin to ensure healthy hair growth.

Titanium Dioxide
Titanium dioxide is a naturally occurring oxide of titanium. It protects the skin from UVA radiation and is considered no risk of skin sensitivity. Because it is gentle, titanium dioxide is a great sunscreen active for sensitive, redness-prone skin. It also gives the coat an intense shine.

Vitamin E
Vitamin E is a powerful antioxidant that may be effective at reducing UV damage in the skin. Vitamin E may help nourish and protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals. Also, vitamin E can help replenish the shine that the hair loses as a result of damage.

Panthenol (Vitamin B5)
Panthenol is used as an emollient and moisturizer because of its ability to bind to the hair providing hydration. Also, panthenol strengthens the hair shaft, strengthens the skin, counteracts eczema, itching, peeling skin, fragile coat, and hair loss. D Panthenol gives natural colour and lustre, adds volume, enhances the skin and coat quality, makes brushing easier, repairs damaged/worn coat and improves hair elasticity.

Glycerin
Glycerin is plant-derived. It is an emollient and humectant; it softens and moisturizes the skin by forming an oily layer on top that draws or traps water in/on the skin. It is used to treat many oily skin conditions, like acne and skin infections. It maximizes the healthiest hair possible.

Tips for bath

It is very important to massage your pet with shampoo for at least 5 minutes and ideally 10+ minutes before rinsing it. Massage helps deep cleanse, helps the hair grow and stimulates blood flow. It also reduces the stress that water can cause on some pets.

Drying is the second most important part of a bath. If the pet does not dry out well, the skin can be exposed to moist bacteria that could cause infections and bad odours.

Does it contain Oxygenate?
No, there is no ingredient that can potentially be harmful to your furry friend. 

Can I use the shampoo even if my dog has sensitive skin?
It is suitable for pets with sensitive skin and it actually helps improve the skin’s condition. 

Can I use it on my puppy?
Yes, you can use it on a puppy or an older dog, but we would suggest you to use Puppy Powder Shampoo that is specifically designed for puppies and senior dogs. 

Do I need to dry the coat after bathing?
Yes, it is important to dry the pet well with a warm towel or ideally with a hairdryer. 

Can I use the shampoo as much as I want?
Because it is concentrated, we recommend that you use the recommended amount. Excessive quantities simply prolong the duration of cleaning with no added benefits.

How often should I use the shampoo?
The frequency of bathing depends on many factors, such as the living environment, skin condition, and type of hair. The rule of thumb for most dogs is bathing once a month.
- Oily haired breeds may need bathing every 1 to 2 weeks. 
- Breeds such as the Golden Retriever double coat (double coat) should bathe every 4 to 6 weeks.
- Short-haired breeds should bathe every 6 to 8 weeks.
- Thick and coarse breeds like Samoyed and other Northern breeds need bathing at a lower frequency approximately every 3 to 6 months but they require almost daily brushing.

Does it dry the skin?
Some shampoos dry or irritate the dog's skin. The brilliant White shampoo has a moisturizing effect with Organic Oils, Organic Aloe and Panthenol to keep the skin and hair well hydrated.
